eTail Expands U.S. Production Team to Support Next Phase of Growth

Worldwide Business Research (WBR), the company that produces eTail events worldwide, announced it has expanded its U.S. production team to support the next growth phase for eTail Palm Springs and eTail Boston. Kristin Schoenstein and Elizabeth Robillard have been promoted, deepening their year-round focus on the flagship eTail events. In addition, Leucepe (Leo) Martinez, Senior Program Director of eTail Toronto and eTail London, has joined the eTail Palm Springs production team.

Both eTail Palm Springs and eTail Boston are premier annual retail conferences on eCommerce and digital marketing. Founded in 1999, eTail is celebrating its 25th anniversary, serving as a hub for retail leaders to gather, share insights, and discover actionable strategies for growth. The upcoming eTail Boston 2024 event is Aug. 12-15, and eTail Palm Springs 2025 is Feb. 24-27, 2025.

Kristin Schoenstein has been promoted to eTail Chief of Staff, a new role within the company responsible for overseeing the strategy and direction of eTail Boston and Palm Springs production. Kristin has been in production and programming roles at WBR since 2010 and producing events since 2007. 

Elizabeth Robillard has been promoted to eTail Boston and Palm Springs Portfolio Director, stepping into Kristin’s prior role. With nearly a decade of experience in market research and event organization in the retail and financial sectors, Elizabeth has co-produced eTail Palm Springs since 2021. Elizabeth will now be focused year-round on these two key retail industry conferences.
