2025 CX Leaders Advance

CX Leaders Advance is the premier independent conference for professionals who lead (or significantly contribute to the leadership) of a CX program at corporations, healthcare organizations, government agencies, and nonprofits.
Now entering its third year, CX Leaders Advance is designed with your needs in mind – no overbearing sales pitches, forced time in exhibit halls, or product promotions masquerading as educational sessions. Instead, you will find ample time to hear from CX practitioners and thought leaders and work alongside fellow attendees to ensure that you get advice relevant to your most pressing needs. Past sessions have been led by CX leaders at Hitachi, AAA, and NRG, with time dedicated not just to lecture, but to collaboration and discussion with fellow attendees from organizations with similar CX maturity.
Your conference registration includes twelve hours of targeted customer experience education; heavy hors d’oeuvres opening reception on Monday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Tuesday; breakfast and lunch on Wednesday; and refreshments throughout the conference. Attendees are responsible for travel expenses and arrangements.
