Google Cloud today announced the launch of its AI Agent Ecosystem Program, a strategic initiative designed to empower partners in developing, deploying, and promoting AI agents. This program aims to facilitate the automation of complex tasks, enhance customer experiences, and boost operational efficiency across various industries.
The AI Agent Ecosystem Program offers partners access to Google Cloud’s advanced AI technologies, including the Vertex AI Agent Builder, enabling the creation of sophisticated AI agents without extensive coding. Partners will benefit from direct collaboration with Google Cloud’s product and engineering teams, gaining early access to cutting-edge AI tools and receiving dedicated support to expedite the market introduction of their solutions.
To further support partners, Google Cloud is introducing the AI Agent Space within the Google Cloud Marketplace. This new category will serve as a centralized platform for customers to discover and deploy partner-developed AI agents, streamlining the integration of AI solutions into their operations.

- Accenture has transformed customer support for a major retailer by implementing virtual assistants that offer convenient self-service options, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Bain supports SEB’s wealth management division with an AI agent that enhances end-customer conversations with suggested responses and generates call summaries that help increase productivity.
- BCG is developing AI agents that transform customer experiences and bring efficiency to business processes, demonstrating Google Cloud’s commitment to innovation and democratization of AI.
