About Heather Alsup
CivicPlus Lead Solutions Engineer for the Recreation Management team, Heather, focuses on understanding current and prospective customer challenges and providing demonstrations on how the Recreation solution can assist them. The Solutions Engineering position also functions as a bridge position between prospective customers and the Product team to relay the voice of the customer and help shape the product roadmap. Heather holds a Master of Recreation and Leisure Services degree and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Texas State University. She has over 10 years of local government experience working in Parks and Recreation for Houston, Texas, area municipalities.
