Watch the Demo
Marketers have gotten very good at personalizing the ad. The targeting is precise, the creative is tailored, the keyword is specific — and then the click lands on the same generic page everyone else sees. All of that targeting data disappears at the moment it would be most useful.
Welcome to One Amazing Thing About Fibr AI. Today I’m talking with Ankur “AJ” Goyal, CEO and Co-Founder at Fibr AI, about AI landing page personalization — generating a distinct page experience for every search keyword, on the same URL, without building a new page or filing a developer ticket.
What you’ll see in this demo
Fibr AI is an AI landing page personalization platform that adapts a website’s post-click experience to the campaign, keyword, or audience that brought the visitor there. In this episode, Ankur “AJ” Goyal, CEO and Co-Founder at Fibr AI, demonstrates search ad personalization: Fibr connects to a brand’s Google Ads account, pulls in its live campaigns, ad groups, keywords, creative, and targeting data, and generates a distinct landing page variant for each keyword — changing headlines, copy, and imagery to match what the searcher actually typed. The variants are served on the original URL, so no new pages are created and no developer work is required. It’s most useful for performance and growth marketers running large keyword sets whose landing page count can’t keep up with their ad count.
Key Takeaways
- Ad platforms personalize targeting and creative, but most brands send every click to the same static landing page, so the targeting data that shaped the ad is lost at the moment of arrival.
- Fibr AI applies personalization after the click, generating a separate landing page variant for each search keyword in a Google Ads account.
- Fibr installs as an SDK or code snippet on the domain, then reads the existing page and the brand’s guidelines so generated variants stay in brand voice rather than reading as generic AI output.
- Fibr connects to a brand’s Google Ads account and pulls in live campaigns, ad groups, keywords, headlines, descriptions, long headlines, images, and video, along with the demographic, location, and interest targeting behind them.
- Personalization is applied at the keyword level: a visitor who searched “airport lounge access credit card” sees a lounge-specific headline and image, while a dining-related keyword produces a different page.
- Variants are served on the original URL, so the campaign does not require new pages, new URLs, or additional CMS page licenses.
- Removing the per-keyword page build removes the developer dependency that usually caps how many personalized experiences a marketing team can run.
- Fibr’s analytics layer attributes conversion and engagement lift to specific page changes, and those results train the model so later campaigns start from what has already worked.
- Fibr personalizes for both human visitors and AI agents arriving at a site; this episode demonstrates the human search-ad use case only.
- Financial services and banking are Fibr’s core customer profile, and the demo runs on a demo credit card brand rather than a live client site.

FAQ
What is AI landing page personalization?
AI landing page personalization uses a model to change the content of a landing page — headline, body copy, images — based on what brought the visitor there, such as the keyword they searched or the campaign they clicked. Instead of building a separate page for each audience, one page is adapted at serve time.
How do I personalize a landing page for each Google Ads keyword?
Connect your Google Ads account to a post-click personalization platform, select the keywords or ad groups you want to personalize, and let the platform generate a page variant per keyword using the ad’s own creative and targeting data. In this episode, Fibr AI does this by pulling live ads from the connected account and generating variants that keep the original page URL.
What is ad-to-page message match?
Message match is the degree to which a landing page reflects the promise of the ad that sent the visitor there. Strong message match means the headline, imagery, and offer on the page correspond to the keyword or creative the visitor clicked; weak message match is a common cause of paid traffic bouncing.
What does Fibr AI do?
Fibr AI personalizes the post-click experience on a brand’s website. It installs through a code snippet, ingests the brand’s existing pages and guidelines, connects to ad and analytics platforms, and generates personalized page variants for keywords, campaigns, and audiences without creating new URLs.
Do you need a separate landing page for every keyword?
Traditionally yes, which is why most teams stop at a handful of pages — each one needs design, build, and CMS resources. Platforms like Fibr generate variants dynamically on the existing URL, which removes the per-page build and the developer dependency.
What is an agentic landing page?
An agentic landing page is one assembled by an AI agent at the moment of the visit, using signals like the search keyword, campaign, and audience data, rather than being designed and published in advance as a fixed page.
Does personalizing pages by keyword affect SEO?
Because the URL stays the same, search engines continue to see and index one canonical page. Teams implementing any serve-time personalization should confirm their setup follows search engine guidance on serving different content to crawlers and users, and should verify with their vendor how bot traffic is handled.

Many brands are chasing the ability to deliver a truly personalized experience, but what if you can deliver truly intelligent, agentic pages instantly to your customers?
Welcome to One Amazing Thing About Fibr AI. Today we’re talking with AJ Goyal, CEO and co-founder of Fibr AI, and he’s going to be sharing one amazing thing about their platform with us today. AJ, welcome to the show.
AJ (00:31)
Hey Greg, thanks for having me here.
Greg Kihlström (00:33)
Yeah, looking forward to seeing this in action in in a second here. Before we do though, why don’t you give a little background on yourself and your role at Fibr AI?
AJ (00:42)
Yeah, a quick background on me. I’ve been a marketer for almost a decade or more than a decade and decided to switch gears a few years back into software. So I started building for marketers and this whole personalization stuff has been a core pain point when in my previous startup when I ran it. And so I decided to build Fibr AI on that. So a very quick background and then on Fibr AI.
What we are trying to do is a very, very, very simple stuff. We see as marketers that everything around us has personalized. Your Twitter feed is personalized. Your LinkedIn feed is personalized. But as soon as you land on a website, on a brand website, it’s not personalized at all. Not for every campaign, neither for every keyword, not for your search. Even now, chat GPT responses, nothing gets ever personalized. You still get that static monolith. And that’s what FiberA is trying to solve. We are trying to take.
take that heavy lift from marketers and the tech team they are dependent on and make it a lot friendly for them to go live with and have a really one-to-one personality.
Greg Kihlström (01:48)
Yeah, love it. Yeah, and definitely talk with a lot of marketers and that definitely struggling struggling with that that exact challenge. So today, talk a little bit about what are what are you gonna show us today, what who’s the audience and and why is it important to them.
AJ (02:04)
Yeah, so Fiber as a platform is like 100, caters to 100 % of the traffic. So we cater to human personalization as well as agent personalization if agents are visiting a website. Today, I’m going to showcase the human personalization and within that only search ad personalization. So for your Google search ads, if you’re running 100 keywords on which you are targeting, how do you make sure you have 100 variations of your website for those each keyword, right? That’s what we are going to showcase. I’m going to showcase it at a lower scale, like three or four keywords.
it could be scaled to like a hundred or thousand as well.
Greg Kihlström (02:36)
Yeah, nice, nice. Okay, cool. Well yeah, why don’t you share your screen and and walk us through.
AJ (02:41)
So this is FiberEye dashboard. I’ve opened the screen directly at setup. Basically, in the setup, we need SDK or non-technical terms, a code in terms on your home page or your domain, which basically gives us access to your website. And it helps us make changes to the website, the changes I was talking about earlier.
So once you’ve done that, we kind of like fetch your brand guidelines. So I’m using a particular page. This is a random website or like a demo website that we’ve created because financial services, banking, this is our core ICP. So we have chosen that. And so we pick up one of these page. We pull an N fiber agent, goes and figure out all the details of that page, all the values, market presence language. So that’s how we make sure.
This is not a general chat GPT output. It’s output for your brand, and it’s in your brand guidance. And then core power of fiber is this integration. So we can connect to a lot of softwares out there. And more you connect with us, a better and a much more personalized experience we can provide to your customers. So we can do analytics like GAs, out of the box, Adobe. We can do ads, et cetera, et Today, we’ll see Google Ads connection and
how this is basically at scale personages everything. OK, so going to campaign, I’m going to show, as I said, I’m going to show it to you on this website, which is one card. So we will basically go into campaigns and create a campaign. So I’m going to do ads personage. We can do a lot of other personages. We can do PMAX, LLM, ad cluster. So there’s a lot of it possible, but we’ll focus today on ads personage. I do continue and then.
Let’s say demo underscore podcast. You can personalize it as a journey by connecting multiple pages. But again, for the sake of time, we’ll do only one particular page. If you connect your analytics, as I was saying earlier, it could be really, really enriched output. for now, it’s a demo account, so I’ve connected my analytics to it.
Continue. So we’ll focus on Google Ads. As soon as they continue, what the AI is doing is going to the Google Ads platform, fetching every ad that’s running on this particular domain, and showcasing all of it to you there. Now, you can choose what all ads do you want to personalize. You can choose what other ad groups you to personalize or keywords. We’ll focus on the smallest unit, which is keyword, and we’ll choose some of those keywords to personalize. So say I choose these three.
Now, what all we are consuming here? We are consuming all that data. So basically, what is the keyword? is the campaign URL? What are the headlines, descriptions, long headlines, images, videos? Anything that exists in your ad group, we consume that. Plus, we also consume what targeting you’re doing. So if you think about your ads, we have been really, really good at targeting. We know the demographics. We know the location. We know their interests. But all of that data get lost as soon as the customer reaches the website. That’s what Fiber is bridging.
We consume all of it. And when you click Next here, the AI started consuming and start figuring out what to showcase and what changes it basically wants to push. And I’m going to directly jump here and show it to you. So I ran it before. So it basically creates new variations. So for this ad, airport lounge access credit card, it did six changes. It does from an original value of one card premium, which was here, one card premium.
it changes to one cut premium for global lounges because we are talking about lounges. From an original image of a city, it changes to a lounge image. So that’s how AI is figuring out what you’re talking about in your ad and making those changes. Now, if you see, all of this is done. you can just click here and view the campaign. And it opens the new campaign. So traditionally, marketers have to go in, change every page, ask developers to create a new page.
Now you can do directly from the AI flow. And secondly, you really don’t need to make any dependence on developer. And third point is, if you see the URL, the URL still remains exactly the same, which was earlier. And so
Greg Kihlström (07:01)
I hope.
AJ (07:02)
you’re really not making new pages. And so your limitations on, I will pay more for my CMS, all of that goes away completely. Because it’s the same URL for Google, for all agents, it’s the same. It’s only for the humans. It’s kind of like a filter on top. So whenever you’re coming from a filter,
Keyword 1, you will see this. And when you come from Filter, Keyword 2, you’ll see something totally different, like you see for dining experience. So that’s what we are doing. that way, as soon as you publish this, all goes live. For each ad, you have a separate variant and separate page for you to see. So that’s the feature I to show. The extension of this, which makes it really, powerful for Fiber, is the analytics associated with it. So what we do is every time
Every ad, every creative, every new user coming in brings in a lot more values for us. And we can figure out what’s driving the traffic, what’s the conversion looks like, which is standard for everyone. But this is where our learning kicks in. So for every conversion improvement, we know exactly what has worked. And then whenever you create a new campaign, the AI is already trained on what has worked in the past and basically makes changes based on that. For example, affordable comprehensive insurance traffic.
And subheadline match to research intent is a very strong thing. We have to always do it because it leads to almost 7.5, double the click rate, almost 1.5 times the engagement rate. Again, all of this data is demo, but that’s how it looks like. There might be some pseudo fail, some not working well here as well, which you can remove from the system. So that’s how AI learns, and then it becomes a much powerful ecosystem altogether.
And all of your experiments, personalization, agent experience, everything then sits in one place and runs automatically. Kind of like how your Meta and Google runs automatically for your ads. That’s how your website will eventually run with Fiberaut.
Greg Kihlström (08:59)
Love it. Yeah.
AJ (08:59)
Over to you, Greg.
Greg Kihlström (09:01)
Yeah, no, that’s great. I mean, I you know, so from from both aspects, from the marketer aspect, it’s like, you know, you mentioned, you know, Google and and Meta have made it very easy to do some of that, you know, auto ad creation order, but websites just they haven’t, right? So, you know, it’s it’s so I think it feels very overwhelming to marketers to have to create they know the value of p personalization, but
the time that it takes to to set everything up. So I mean this this sounds amazing to be able to do that. And also, I mean the second piece is as a customer, because we’re also all customers in in in our, you know, after after five o’clock or whatever, you know, what’s more frustrating than, you know, clicking on an ad and then saying something completely different or
disconnected or or whatever. And you know, again, limit there’s limitations to how much how much marketers can spend on some of this stuff,
AJ (09:54)
exactly.
Greg Kihlström (09:54)
time or or dollars. But yeah, this sounds like it’s it’s building on things that we know works. It’s just doing it in a in a in a way that seems reasonable for the marketers to be able manage, right?
Yep.
AJ (10:08)
Yeah.
We are not even reinventing the wheel. Every marketer knows this. If you think about the world of loyal inters and Ogilvy method in the past, every campaign needs to have every single touch point personalized. Unfortunately, with the scale of Facebook, Google, Reddit, and all of these new ads, it’s just not possible humanly to do this. And that’s where AI comes in. That’s what we are trying to solve. Yeah.
Greg Kihlström (10:31)
Yeah. Yeah. Well it was gr
great to see this. For those that wanna see more and and wanna wanna learn more, where should they go?
AJ (10:39)
They should visit us at www.fiber.ai and they can book a demo and reach out to us. We also have experiences. They can go and try it themselves before they even book a demo with us.
Greg Kihlström (10:51)
Love it. Sounds good. Well, again, I’d like to thank AJ Goyal, CEO and co-founder at Fibr AI, for joining the show. You can learn more about AJ and Fibr AI by following the links in the show notes.
