AI has evolved immensely over the past year. The technology that disrupted the workplace in early 2023 has now become an integral part of daily workflows across organizations worldwide. Teams are leveraging AI more than ever to enhance productivity without increasing overhead costs.
But there are still some question marks that linger over AI and its impact on the workplace as it continues to grow. Beautiful.ai’s survey findings from 3,000 U.S. managers exhibits how fear of AI could be blocking new tools from being properly integrated into the workplace.
“We’re in the midst of a major technological transformation and organizations are grappling with how to use AI in the most beneficial way. Ensuring that leaders have AI literacy and are well equipped to explain the benefits of AI to their teams is the best way to overcome the fear that many employees have. Most AI tools are meant to support productivity, not replace workforces.”
