Solomon’s background in e-commerce and logistics led him to recognize the importance of efficient shipping in the overall customer experience. He identified a market need to utilize existing assets, such as smaller local couriers, to execute final mile deliveries and deliver packages directly to customers’ doorsteps. This need became even more critical during the pandemic when online shopping and home deliveries surged.
