    • Start always by asking: who is the customer?
    • Followed by the question: what is the successful customer outcome?
  • Sharing is key and continuous learning is the only way to grow
  • Success doesn’t happen by accident, it is carefully planned
  • Productivity hack: TikTok is great to elaborate videos which can be published afterwards on other social media.
