For the first time, eTail Palm Springs will offer a Customer Loyalty Summit with an AI-focused track, a Regulated Industries Track for eCommerce professionals in alcohol and cannabis, a Retail Media Track, and a personal development workshop on growing your eCommerce career. One of the keynote presentations will share takeaways from the latest WBR, “Future of Retail Research Report.”
