We are here at Xactly Upside, the Xactly user conference, here in San Francisco. We’ve seen some amazing product announcements, heard from customers, and had a chance to interact and learn from an amazing user community.
Today we’re going to talk about opportunities and challenges of today’s Chief Revenue Officer, and some of the ways that artificial intelligence can benefit the sales process. To help me discuss these topics, I’d like to welcome Arnab Mishra, CEO and Sam Zayed, Chief Revenue Officer at Xactly.
About Arnab Mishra
Arnab Mishra is a seasoned software executive and CEO of Xactly Corporation. He has proven capabilities in leading global, cross-functional organizations and has expertise in developing SaaS products into profitable, high-growth market offerings.
With over two decades of leadership experience, Mishra joined Xactly as SVP of products in 2017. He was promoted to Chief Product Officer in 2018 and Chief Operating Officer in 2023. In his roles, he led cross-functional teams dedicated to Xactly’s go-to-market, product, and customer success. Arnab also serves in board and advisor roles for SmartAction and Zingtree and has previously been an executive team member and advisor of three successfully acquired SaaS companies.
He attended The University of Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from The Wharton School and earned his MBA at Harvard Business School.

Sam Zayed is a global sales leader with a proven track record in growing revenue for successful technology companies, both private and public. With over two decades of experience, Zayed has a deep understanding of the software industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in leading field teams across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Partner, Marketing and Operations. As the CRO of Xactly, Zayed will help accelerate the company’s current momentum by driving revenue and growth in Xactly’s key markets.
