Brand Garden

Definition

The term brand garden describes a “walled” area that a brand creates in order to attract and retain regular customers and visitors. In some cases these brand gardens have valuable content, and in others they may overlap with both customer loyalty programs (by providing perks and incentives to members), or subscription business models.

Additionally there are many other ways to acquire first party customer data, but the above are just a few ways to consider as you build out your first party data strategy.
