User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is the process of validating whether a system, platform, workflow, or feature meets business requirements and is ready for use by its intended users. It is typically one of the final stages before launch, deployment, or broader rollout.

UAT focuses on whether a solution works in practice for the people who will use it in real conditions. While technical testing checks whether the system functions correctly, UAT checks whether it is usable, complete, and aligned with business needs. In other words, a platform can pass every technical test and still fail the far more inconvenient test of being useful.
